WHEAT MIXED, OATS MOSTLY LOWER, CORN AND SOYBEANS ROSE ON THE CBOT; BEEF AND PORK HIGHER ON THE CME.
Grain futures were mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery fell 2.25 cents to $6.87 a bushel; December corn rose 4 cents to 4.4325 a bushel; December oats were 1.25 cents higher at $3.1825 a bushel; while November soybeans advanced 6.75 cents to $12.95 a bushel.
Beef and pork prices rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December live cattle rose .65 cent to $1.3242 a pound; November feeder cattle rose .33 cent to $1.6595 a pound; while December lean hogs were .85 cent higher at $.8762 a pound.
