I-5 Publishing LLC, announced today that Cigar & Spirits magazine, beginning with its November 2013 issue, will be relaunched under Top Hat Media Group LLC, a joint venture between I-5 Publishing and magazine founder Lincoln Salazar and business partner Micky Dhillon.

Cigar & Spirits is a bimonthly, Southern California-based publication, celebrating the camaraderie shared by individuals when combined with the complementary pairing of cigars, spirits and the social lifestyle it presents. The partnership will introduce quality content, specialty events and contextual branding to a unique market of enthusiasts.
