SOUTH WALES, United Kingdom , August 30, 2013 (U.K. Government News) – Imperial Tobacco Ltd., Bristol, has filed the trademark "ROOF TOP" on June 11 for multiple products and services. The trademark application (journal number: 2013/034) was published on Aug. 23 The description of the mark registered is: "Electronic publications; downloadable publications available from computer databases, the internet, telecommunications systems and social media sites; downloadable software being mobile applications for displaying and sharing information relating to tobacco, tobacco products, smokers' articles, tobacconists, tobacco retail outlets, smokers, smokers' rights and smoking locations; downloadable mobile application software; computer application software for mobile phones and cellular devices; computer software; computer games.

Advertising, promotional and marketing services; promotion of goods and services via an interactive web-site enabling users to access and/or post reviews and recommendations relating to tobacco, tobacco products, smokers' articles, tobacconists, tobacco retail outlets, smokers, smokers' rights and smoking locations; the provision of information via computer databases, the internet, telecommunications systems, on-line forums and social media sites relating to tobacco, tobacco products, smokers' articles, tobacconists and tobacco retail outlets, smokers, smokers' rights and smoking locations; making available to the public consumer reviews and recommendations of goods and services relating to tobacco, tobacco products, smokers' articles, tobacconists and tobacco retail outlets, smokers, smokers' rights and smoking locations; organisation, operation and supervision of loyalty and incentive schemes; information and advisory services relating to the aforesaid.
