Kroger's board of directors declares quarterly dividend of US$0.15/share, payable Sept. 1 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 15

– The Kroger Co.'s (KR) Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 15¢ per share to be paid on September 1, 2013, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2013.
