Bob Evans Farms announces quarterly dividend of US$0.275/common share, payable June 17 to shareholders as of June 3

COLUMBUS, Ohio , May 24, 2013 (press release) – Bob Evans Farms, Inc. announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend today of 27.5 cents per share on the company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on June 17, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 3, 2013.
