Reed's announces agreement with new foodservice private-label partner; name of partner not disclosed

LOS ANGELES , April 23, 2013 (press release) – Reed's, Inc. (NYSE MKT: REED), maker of the top-selling sodas in natural food stores nationwide, announced today that it has secured a new agreement to produce a line of private label branded beverages for one of the largest foodservice distributors in the country.
