GENEVA , November 29, 2012 () – Publication No. WO/2012/156172 was published on Nov. 22.

Title of the invention: "ULTRAHYDROPHOBIC COATING COMPOSITION."

Applicants: UNILEVER N.V. (NL), UNILEVER PLC (GB), HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED (IN), HARJANTO Anton (SG), RAN Chunbo (CN), WANG Xiaoliang (CN) and ZHONG Xuemei (CN).

Inventors: Chunbo Ran (CN), Xiaoliang Wang (CN), Xuemei Zhong (CN) and Anton Harjanto (SG).

According to the abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "Ultrahydrophobic coating compositions comprising an overprint varnish and particles are described. The coating composition may be applied to substrates, like consumer product packaging, to prevent ice crystal formation thereon and to make the substrate at least ultrahydrophobic."

The patent was filed on April 20 under Application No. PCT/EP2012/057241.
