According to the abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "Ultrahydrophobic coating compositions comprising an overprint varnish and particles are described. The coating composition may be applied to substrates, like consumer product packaging, to prevent ice crystal formation thereon and to make the substrate at least ultrahydrophobic."
The patent was filed on April 20 under Application No. PCT/EP2012/057241.
