Office Depot reschedules Q3 earnings release, conference call for Nov. 6 from Oct. 30 because of expected severe weather associated with Hurricane Sandy

BOCA RATON, Florida , October 29, 2012 (press release) – Office Depot, Inc. (NYSE:ODP), a leading global provider of office supplies and services, today announced the postponement of its third quarter 2012 earnings announcement and associated conference call, previously scheduled for Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. EDT, due to the expected severe weather conditions associated with Hurricane Sandy.

The third quarter 2012 earnings announcement has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 6, 2012. A conference call to discuss the results will be held that day at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. Central Time).
