CTI Foods Holding Co., LLC ("CTI" or the "Company"), a leading provider of food products to national chain restaurants, today announced that it was the successful bidder for the former AFA Foods, Inc. King of Prussia, PA ground beef processing facility. The transaction received court approval today and is expected to close next week.
