Architectural building materials distributor Rugby Architectural Building Products adds AkzoNobel brand Chemcraft to product offering after identifying industrial wood coatings as key growth category

HIGH POINT, North Carolina , February 27, 2012 (press release) – Chemcraft®, a brand of AkzoNobel, announces the addition of Rugby Architectural Building Products to its network of distinguished North American distributors. Chemcraft develops and manufactures innovative wood coatings with a focus on sustainability, and backs them with superior customer support and service.

They currently distribute a full line of interior architectural building materials that are warehoused in over 600,000 square feet of space, marketed by a sales force of 75 sales professionals and a logistics fleet of 50 trucks. In February 2011, they opened a state-of-the-art Boston Metro Center strategically located to service Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Maine. Their recent acquisition of the Las Vegas division of National Wood Products, made them the leading architectural building products distributor in Nevada.
