LOS ANGELES , January 25, 2012 () –

Newsprint supply agreements reached lately in the U.K. include prices that are either unchanged or lowered to levels seen in the first half of last year, reported EUWID-Paper on Jan. 25.

Price markups were isolated and applied in certain cases, such as for improved newsprint.

Buyers had the advantage in the contract negotiations as newsprint supply exceeds demand currently, said market players, EUWID-Paper reported.
