Fifty-three percent of U.S. consumers more likely to visit restaurants that offer new or innovative flavors, Technomic says

LOS ANGELES , January 23, 2012 () – Technomic reported on Jan. 23 that according to its latest report, 53% of U.S. consumers are more likely to visit a restaurant that offers new or innovative flavors.

That compares with 42% of consumers when Technomic did a survey on the subject in 2009, the market research firm said.
