Dollar General says it will open at 7 a.m. Thanksgiving Day, offer one-day-only deals; stores will open at 7 a.m. on Black Friday and on Nov. 26

GOODLETSVILLE, Tennessee , November 22, 2011 (Dollar General) – Black Friday bargain-hunters will get a head-start on their holiday shopping at Dollar General (NYSE:DG - News) when the discount retailer activates "Black Friday" bargains on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day. Dollar General is also providing a convenient shopping option for the Thanksgiving weekend. All stores will open at 7 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24 -- Saturday, Nov. 26.
