Domino's Pizza to double total number of outlets in India over next five years to more than 800 locations; country is company's fifth-largest and fastest-growing market, poised to become fourth-largest by 2012, CEO says

LOS ANGELES , November 17, 2011 () – Domino’s Pizza, Inc. has announced plans to double the number of its stores in India during the next five years to over 800 locations, Zeebiz.com reported on Nov. 16.

According to J. Patrick Doyle, Domino's President and CEO, India is currently Domino’s fifth-largest market, behind the U.S., U.K., Mexico and Australia. It is also the company's fastest-growing market, and is poised to become its fourth-largest market by 2012.

Approximately 4% of the more than 9,500 Domino’s stores worldwide are located in India.
