LOS ANGELES , October 11, 2011 () – A Los Angeles company is recalling about 377,775 pounds of ground beef products due to possible E. coli contamination.

The Agriculture Department said Tuesday that Commercial Meat Co. is recalling ground beef products that were shipped to restaurants in California and Nevada.

Federal authorities say routine monitoring confirmed a positive test for E. coli.

No illness has been reported so far.
