Chesapeake to acquire U.S. leaflet, label producer Cortega from Menasha, including two production facilities for pharmaceutical, health care sector, extends Chesapeake's product range, U.S. footprint

NOTTINGHAM, England , September 1, 2011 (press release) – Chesapeake Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Packaging has reached an agreement to acquire Cortegra Group, Inc., a leading U.S. producer of pharmaceutical leaflets and labels, from Menasha Corporation. Cortegra, which has two production facilities dedicated to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, perfectly complements Chesapeake’s existing three U.S. facilities and further augments its extensive global supply network.
