LOS ANGELES , May 24, 2011 () – Freres Lumber has cut plywood production at its Mill City, Oregon, plant by 33%, Random Lengths reported on May 23.

The curtailment, which came into effect on Monday, is being taken indefinitely and has resulted in the loss of 45 jobs.

Freres Lumber is headquartered in Lyons, Oregon.
