European Competition Commission clears Arjowiggins for sale of Decor, Abrasives, Thin Papers and Fine Arts businesses of its mills in Arches, France, and Dettingen, Germany, to specialty paper company Munksjo

Arjowiggins has announced that the European Competition authorities have today approved the sale of the Decor, Abrasives, Thin Papers and Fine Arts businesses of its mills located in Arches (France) and Dettingen (Germany) to the Munksjö group. Furthermore, the consultation process with the company’s work councils was completed in early February.
The two groups will sign a definitive agreement in the coming days and the transaction will close in early March.
