Title of the invention: "DISPOSABLE DIAPER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING STRETCHABLE SHEET."
Applicants: KAO CORPORATION (JP).
Inventors: Hiroshi Maruyama (JP), Kazuma Saitou (JP), Toshiaki Ichimata (JP) and Akiyuki Ueda (JP).
According to the abstract* posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "A diaper (1) is provided with an absorbent body (2) and side panels (3). The side panels (3) each have first and second panel sheets (31, 32), and an elastic member (33). At least the first panel sheet (31) has laminated structure portions (31A, 31B) in which the end on the absorbent body (2) side or the end on the distal end side of the side panel (3) folds back to the inside. Interlayer adhesive layers (31a, 31b) are formed in the laminated structure portions (31A, 31B) by applying an adhesive between the first panel sheet (31), which faces itself due to being folded back. The interlayer adhesive layers (31a, 31b) have extended adhesive layers (31a', 31b') that go beyond the laminated structure portions (31A, 31B), and extend toward the center of each side panel (3) in the width direction (X)."
The patent was filed on Nov. 12, 2013 under Application No. PCT/JP2013/080500.
