Russia approves amendments to state agriculture development program for 2013-2020 period, increases funding to 1.526T rubles for time period

The Russian government has approved amendments to the state agriculture sector development program in the period 2013-2020 and increased financing for it.
A government decree, signed on April 15, states that the federal budget will set 1.526 trillion rubles aside for the program, while the previous version allocated 1.5097 trillion rubles.
The revised funding is 197.7 billion rubles for 2013 (previous 158.9 billion rubles), in 2014 it is 170.1 billion rubles (162 billion rubles), in 2015 - 165.7 billion rubles (175.4 billion rubles), 2016 - 164.7 billion rubles (186 billion rubles), 2017 - 194.7 billion rubles (194.7 billion rubles), 2018 - 203.5 billion rubles (203.5 billion rubles), 2019 - 211.3 billion rubles (211.3 billion rubles) and 2020 - 217.9 billion rubles (217.9 billion rubles).
The government also approved a new version of the state fishing industry development program, calling for a transition to an innovatory development model.
The federal budget should allocate 83.2 billion rubles for the program in 2013-2020, including 10.6 billion rubles allocated in 2013 and a planned 10.2 billion rubles in 2014, 10.3 billion rubles in 2015, 10.4 billion rubles in 2016, 9.8 billion rubles in 2017, 10.3 billion rubles in 2018, 10.6 billion rubles in 2019 and 11 billion rubles in 2020.
