LONDON , March 4, 2014 (Business Monitor International ) – US-based drugmaker Eli Lilly will invest around BRL15mn (US$6.4mn) over the next two years in Brazil, reports rcmpharma.com. The company will use the investment to renovate its packaging division at its plant in São Paulo. Its four production lines will be changed by late 2014 to help increase the plant's production capacity. The investment will also be used to buy new equipment, improve, adapt and expand its facilities and improve the packaging of the company's pills and medicines.
