According to the abstract* posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "Foaming formulations including silicone polyesters are disclosed. These foaming formulations are useful as cleansing formulations such as used in liquid hand cleansers and wet wipes. The foaming formulations provide improved aesthetic properties and foaming appearance, while maintaining high antimicrobial capacity."
The patent was filed on March 27 under Application No. PCT/IB2013/052464.
