Biomass gasification technology company Norwich Bio Energy signs licensing agreement MOU with Chiptec Wood Energy Systems giving Norwich right to sell, assemble, install, operate Chiptec's CHP gasification systems

Norwich Bio Energy Inc. and Chiptec Wood Energy Systems shake hands in an effort to provide low-cost energy solutions to customer.
Norwich Bio Energy Inc, a biomass gasification technology company for combined heat and power plants 100kW – 10 MW of electrical output, announces that a licensing agreement MOU with Chiptec Corporation DBA Chiptec Wood Energy Systems (http://www.chiptec.com) has been signed. Chiptec, an owner-managed company from Vermont, has more than 25 years of experience in the biomass to energy gasification industry. Using proven technology, they have over 200 installations to their record worldwide.
Both parties will work together to conclude the License Agreement whereby Norwich Bio Energy Inc. obtains the rights to sell, assemble, install and operate the Chiptec Wood Energy Systems biomass CHP gasification systems and, at a later stage, to build components not relevant to Chiptec Wood Energy Systems intellectual property rights and/or proprietary equipment. The Region specified by this Agreement includes remote off grid northern communities in Alaska and Canada, commercial & industrial entities in the Caribbean, Central America & selected regions in South America. Under this agreement, Chiptec Wood Energy Systems would continue to supply Norwich its intellectual property hardware and software.
