According to a new study commissioned by BluePromoCode, a marketplace for coupons and deals, 29% of U.S. families eat fast food two or more times per week, QSR Magazine reported Sept. 3.
Sixty-eight percent of consumers say the top reason they buy fast food is because it saves them time, while nearly 50% think organic foods are too expensive, the study said. Twenty-four percent don't believe the health benefits are worth the extra cost.
