Brunnschweiler has been selected by the paper manufacturer Pehlivanoğlu Kağıt for the supply of the aerothermic installation and steam and condensates system for its machine located in Çerkezköy (Turkey), which will be completely rebuilt.
Established in 1988, Pehlivanoğlu Kağıt produces Testliner & Fluting of high quality from recycled paper. After a major upgrade of the press section, this project aims to produce papers of 90-200 g/m² weight, 2600 mm paper width and future speeds between 500 and 700 m/min, with a design speed of 850 m/min. The maximum production to be reached is 235 T/day.
Brunnschweiler will design and install a high efficiency insulated closed hood, including the fumes exhaust system, heat recovery and air blowing system through ventilation boxes, type PV (Pocket Ventilation) and FB (Feltbox). The machine stabilization will also be upgraded with the supply of stabilizer boxes PSE in the drying section inlet and UFE or unifelt boxes. A new and complete steam and condensates installation will be supplied including the control system with PLC and SCADA system. Commissioning and start-up is included.
