Rottneros denies sale of any of its pulp mills alleged by article in Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri, yet affirms attempts to find new use for equipment from its closed pulp mill in Utansjo, Sweden

STOCKHOLM , January 4, 2012 (press release) – In response to today’s article in Dagens Industri, Rottneros denies that any assignment has been given to advisors to dispose of any of the Group’s pulp mills. However, and as previously communicated, we are conducting active discussions about finding new use for the CTMP equipment from the closed Utansjö Mill.
