Grains futures rose Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery rose 4 cents to $5.93 a bushel; December corn rose 9.25 cents to $5.9175 a bushel; March oats rose 7 cents to $2.94 a bushel; and January soybeans jumped 14.50 cents to $11.21 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December live cattle fell 0.15 cent to $1.2095 a pound; January feeder cattle rose 0.10 cent to $1.4472 a pound; while February lean hogs fell 1.23 cent to 90.57 cents a pound.
