NANAIMO, British Columbia , October 28, 2011 (press release) – Domtar Corp., North America's biggest business papers producer, plans to double the size of its newly-acquired U.S. personal-care unit Attends Healthcare Inc. in five years while watching closely for other takeover opportunities and returning more cash to shareholders, CEO John Williams said Thursday.

Attends, which makes disposable incontinence products for adults, has annual sales of about $200 million US, 300 employees and a 775,000 squarefoot plant and distribution centre in Greenville, N.C.
