Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation (NYSE:NOR - News) announced today that it has completed its previously announced public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $11.35 per share. The net proceeds from the offering were approximately $106.2 million after deducting underwriting discounts and the estimated expenses of the offering payable by Noranda. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,500,000 additional common shares from Noranda at the public offering price.
BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated acted as the global coordinators and joint book-running managers of the offering, and Citi, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and UBS Securities LLC acted as the joint book-running managers of the offering.
