BIRKEROD, Denmark , April 17, 2023 (press release) –

GM (Grafisk Maskinfabrik A/S) has announced its participation at Labelexpo Mexico 2023, as part of the company’s strategic growth plan in Latin America (LATAM). Taking place over three days, 26–28 April, the new trade show will help increase GM’s visibility in the region and allow the local team to make more label printers aware of how they can benefit from its reliable finishing solutions and expertise.

“We already have a strong customer base in Mexico, Central and South America, so it’s only natural that we’ll be part of the line-up at the first Labelexpo trade show in this part of the world,” said Uffe Nielsen, CEO of GM. “LATAM is one of our fastest-growing markets, so we wouldn’t want to miss out on such a great opportunity to further highlight our established presence here, connect with our partners, and of course, show our finishing innovations to even more potential customers.”

On show at the World Trade Center Mexico City will be the DC330Mini, a compact finishing machine that perfectly embodies the strength of GM’s engineering expertise and technology.

The fastest small-footprint unit on the market, the DC330Mini will demonstrate unrivaled flexibility and high productivity with UV flexo varnish, lamination, cold foil, die cutting, slitting, and dual rewinding capabilities onboard. Taking up just 2.7m (8.8ft) in length due to the ultra-short web path, it features servo-driven tension control and offers excellent registration resulting in high-quality output and reduced waste. The great versatility of the

DC330Mini means that it is also suitable for running in line with a digital press or GM’s own hot foil and screen embellishment units.
In addition, the team will be keen to discuss the rest of the company’s wide portfolio of products and solutions, including different financing options and multi-level support program.

“When it comes to materials handling, GM has the technology advantage, so we can help converters finish first in the closely fought label race. We also pride ourselves on building bespoke machines for any application and on providing tailored service and support packages. I would like to encourage visitors looking for a great finishing solution to head straight to the GM booth in Mexico City,” Uffe concluded.

Visitors can find GM and the DC330Mini on booth C30.
