A new vertical form-fill-seal machine: the MSPH series. This machine has been developed exclusively for pharmaceutical products, and is integrated with Famartec’s cartoning machine to produce stick packs and insert them into cartons. This vertical form, fill and seal machine for stick pack pharmaceuticals is capable of producing up to 840 sticks per minute. The MSPH series complies with industry-specific regulations such as GMP, GAMP5, FDA and 21 CFR Part 11. With regard to documentation for the pharmaceutical industry, this solution offers not only the execution of DQ, IQ, OQ, RA, but also the preparation of PQ and EN1020 standard 2.1 and 3.1 material certificates.

Innovation is part of Mespack’s DNA, which is why the company dedicates its resources to improving all sectors of the industry in order to offer the best solutions. In this sense, another innovation for 2023 is the revolutionary HMRSC Series, the new carousel system solution that provides high productivity and fast changeover in just five minutes. The innovative transfer between the infeed conveyor and the machine enables an increase in production speed of up to 30 %. This series has been developed to expand the range of horizontal solutions for pre-made envelopes. These machines have the ability to run intermittently or continuously, depending on the product. In addition, this series can operate with various types of products, such as liquids, powders, granules and solids.

In reference to Hydroforma technology, the Hydroforma 660 FB is a completely new addition to Mespack’s repertoire; it represents the most advanced and the most compact water-soluble single-dose capsule machine for high production. This product has the capacity to produce between 7 and 20 lines of capsules, and can reach speeds of up to 2,000 PPM. It offers great flexibility in capsule format, various color combinations and the use of a variety of fillers, such as powder or liquid. The Hydroforma 660 FB is available with up to 5 cavities.

Mespack also offers integrated end-of-line solutions. In this sense, the MCP series is the new picking equipment for secondary packaging in an American box, and provides turnkey projects for the RSC market. This state-of-the-art machine is highly technological, as it includes devices such as delta robots and servos. Thanks to its versatility, it has a maximum of four picking modules to increase production speed. The MCP family is an extension of the series of secondary packaging solutions, such as the W, we can offer an extremely complete range for the end-of-line required by the customer.

In addition, the company is introducing enhancements and developments to its acclaimed Athena digital platform this 2023. This platform not only enables customers to maximize the value of their production data, but also performs tasks ranging from machine control to data analysis.
