Albea’s RecyMAKEUP project, which aims to increase recyclability of makeup packaging, wins Luxe Pack in Green Award in CSR initiative category; company says results, guidelines on designing technical solutions will soon be shared

Albéa’s RecyMAKEUP project has been awarded the Luxe Pack in Green Award in the CSR initiative category!

Gilles Swyngedauw, VP CSR and Product Sustainability for Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance received the award on behalf of all team involved from our sites in Semarang, Zhongshan, Matamoros, Bottanuco, Plouhinec to the New Product Development, marketing, communication and CSR teams.

Responsibility. Transparency. Collaboration. The Luxe Pack in Green jury underlined Albéa’s commitment as a responsible company, internally and beyond - a must in the light of the circular transformation of our economy and industry. Arnaud Lancelot congratulated Albéa for this meticulous, long-term project and for its collaborative approach which calls for a new mindset at industry scale. “By working together, and for all, this project will contribute in making the entire value chain progress” he added.
