Sustainable flexible packaging solutions specialist, Parkside, is celebrating after news that its collaboration with award-winning tea company, Bird & Blend, has been shortlisted for a prestigious Supply Chain Excellence award. The company’s innovative compostable packaging created for Bird & Blend’s selection of single-serve tea bags, loose tea pouches and pyramid teabags, has been selected in the sustainable materials category. The solution developed by Parkside helped Bird & Blend move its full range of tea to a fully accredited compostable packaging design, further supporting the company’s long-term sustainability goals.
