Aramark held its SAFE Leadership Conference at the William F. Bolger Conference Center on November 8-9, 2023 . Members of the Safety Leader Program from across the international organization convened to recognize, learn, and network, reinforcing Aramark’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding its most valuable assets: its people.

Vice President of Global Safety & Risk Solutions, Allan Fernandes , set the tone: “The most important thing we do is to protect our people—our most valuable assets. Keynote speakers—Ellen Wilson, Chief Growth Officer for the Workplace Experience Group ; Tim Barttrum , President for Aramark Correctional Services ; and Bart Kaericher , President for Aramark Healthcare+—all emphasized the transformative impact of the Aramark Safety Leader program and called out how a committed culture of care makes a real impact on its people, partners, and business.
