Aramark Canada
proudly announces its 4th annual Aramark Canada Chefs' Cup competition, scheduled for
May 31st
at
Centennial College
. This eagerly awaited event assembles
Aramark's
leading culinary talents from across the nation, providing them a platform to demonstrate their exceptional skills and creativity.
The competition will feature eight Chef competitors and their Sous Chef assistants, who will be given three hours to craft an appetizer, entrée, and dessert using key ingredients from a mystery black box, unveiled only on the competition day. A distinguished panel of top Chefs consisting of
Aramark
partners and Executive Chef of Centennial College’s
School of Hospitality
, Tourism, and Culinary Arts will evaluate the participants’ dishes and kitchen technical scores . The gold medal-winning culinary team will go on to represent
Canada
at
Aramark's
International Chefs' Cup competition in
Toronto
