LOS ANGELES , May 29, 2012 () – According to a new Meals on Wheels survey, 20% of older people in Arkansas face the threat of food insecurity, KTHV reported May 29.

The survey also stated that the chances of an African American senior citizen in Arkansas experiencing hunger were 132% higher than a white senior citizen.
