FEDERAL WAY, Washington , February 9, 2012 (press release) – The Board of Directors of Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY - News) on February 9, 2012, declared a dividend of $0.15 per share on the common stock of the corporation payable March 15, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business March 1, 2012.
