Sweden's Eolus Vind to build 44-MW wind farm in Strömstad, Sweden; operations at Tolvmanstegen facility to begin in October

Vestas has received an order from Eolus Vind AB for delivery of 22 units of the V90-2.0 MW wind turbine. The order has a total capacity of 44 MW and the turbines will be installed at the Tolvmanstegen wind farm in the Municipality of Strömstad in Sweden.
The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines, a VestasOnline® Business SCADA system and a five-year service agreement.

The commissioning of the wind turbines is expected to start in October 2011.
