Semper Workforce Solutions’ Q3 survey opens for all commercial printing, packaging, display and large format graphics, apparel and decorating, and related organizations; survey topics include company hiring plans, sales YTD compared to year-ago period

PRINT, GRAPHICS & PACKAGING COMPANIES IN THE US INVITED TO PARTICIPATE

The Semper Workforce Solutions quarterly survey of print, graphics and packaging companies opens today. The 2023 Third Quarter Staffing and Economic survey asks nine key questions and is participation is open to all commercial printing, packaging, display and large format graphics, apparel and decorating, and related organizations. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete. The topics reviewed include:  

What are your company's hiring plans this quarter?
How do your company sales YTD compare to a year ago?

“Fall is upon us, bringing with it a busy season and some uncertainty due to the current global environment. Companies are facing uncertainty and are keeping costs in check while making sharp investments,” shared Dave Regan, Semper Group CEO. “We are seeing this trend in our field, and we are looking forward to seeing survey data to analyze and roll into sage advice we can share from the staffing perspective.” 

The Semper leadership team compiles and analyzes the information, presenting the results from a hiring and retention viewpoint. The goal is to help managers and owners prepare for the short term and forecast into the future. All submissions are confidential, and participants will be sent a copy of the results in early November.
