PRINT, MARKETING, GRAPHICS & PACKAGING COMPANIES IN THE US INVITED TO PARTICIPATE The Semper Workforce Solutions quarterly survey of print, graphics and packaging companies opens today. The 2024 first Quarter Staffing and Economic survey has ten short yet relevant questions and should only take a couple of minutes to complete. The Semper leadership team analyzes and presents the results from a hiring and retention viewpoint. The goal is to help managers and owners prepare for the short term and forecast into the future. The survey asks employers to look back at the previous quarter’s recruitment strategies, performance, and pulse on their outlook into the next quarter. All submissions are confidential, and participants will be sent a copy of the results in May. The deadline to contribute data is Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Get started and enter your data HERE. “Our internal metrics are showing a slower start to 2024 and expect company’s survey answers will reflect that,” shared Dave Regan, President and CEO of The Semper Group. “We are just now starting to feel the upswing and demand for expanded technical roles as well as traditional titles from our clients. We’ve added a quick pulse check question asking what positions our participants are specifically looking to hire for into the coming quarter and if you are protecting any roles. Plan to participate and stay tuned!” This Survey invitation is extended to all printing, marketing, graphics, and packaging companies, including commercial printing, brand management, advertising, packaging, display and large format graphics, apparel and decorating, and related organizations. Semper’s commitment to workforce development is ongoing. As in 2023, Semper will once again donate $5 for every survey completed to support the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF).
