Electrolux Professional Group has completed the acquisition of Tosei

January 11, 2024 (press release) –

Electrolux Professional has today completed the acquisition of Tosei Corporation . The acquisition was made public on December 22, 2023 .

The purchase price amounts to SEK 1,650m ( JPY 23.25bn ) on a cash and debt free basis. In connection to with the completion of the transaction, Electrolux Professional has become owner of all shares in Tosei Corporation and related assets.
