for their project focused on the sustainment of critical production of advanced, high-quality pharmaceutical glass tubing and vials. This funding will enable
Corning
to create and maintain industrial base capabilities essential for national defense as part of our nation's Infectious Disease Surveillance Networks.
Additionally, the Economic Opportunity Program in
Elmira
will receive
$3,680,423
to further its
Head Start
program. This funding will enable them to expand their efforts in providing high-quality early childhood education and comprehensive services to children and families in need, setting them on a path toward success and opportunity.
