Two new Directors Approved by Shareholders, Bringing Backgrounds in Forestry and Wood Products

The Westervelt Company today announced the addition of two new members of the Board of Directors.

Following the retirement of Board members Rick Frost and Robin Jolley, the Board officially welcomed two new members:

Vicki McInnally – appointed 2021 – retired from International Paper after more than 30 years with organizations across the wood products industry.

Jim King – appointed 2022 – retired from The Westervelt Company following a 40 year career in forestry.
