On behalf of Manulife Investment Management, LandVest is pleased to announce Triptych Timberlands, an investment-grade collection of well-stocked pine plantations located in Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Texas. Totaling 87,483± acres, the property consists of three distinct sale units and represent some of the earliest timberland acquisitions by Manulife (formerly Hancock Natural Resource Group).

These timberlands have been professionally managed for decades and situated in competitive (and expanding) wood markets. Approximately 70.3% of the portfolio's acreage is enrolled in pine plantation with an average age of 17.3 years old. These tree farms exhibit some of the finest silviculture and management to be found anywhere in the Gulf South.
Triptych Timberlands is being offered for sale through a single-stage, sealed-bid process where bidders may bid on the portfolio, individual units, or any combination of units.
