On Monday, October 3, 2022, Niklas Ringborg began his new position as CEO of CRK, the manager of the well-established forestry funds Silvestica Green Forest. The funds' forest holdings currently amount to a total of approx. 140,000 ha spread over Sweden, Finland and the three Baltic countries, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. For more information, please visit www.silvestica.se where there is also a description of CRK's operations. Niklas Ringborg has a solid forestry background that began with a master's degree in industrial economics. After that and until recently, Niklas has been active in various leading positions within Landshypotek Bank and then with a particular focus on, among other things, a major land and forest owner as well as Landshypotek's successful investment in green bonds that was carried out a few years ago. Niklas has a great and strong interest and experience in practical forestry through his involvement in the family's agricultural and forestry ownership in Östergötland and in Mälardalen. We are very happy to have been able to engage Niklas as CEO in our exciting and growing business. The plans for the future are that the funds, under Niklas' management, will continue to develop in the same successful way as until now, with the focus on an even more developed practice which, among other things, is based on all the good environmental conditions of the forest where the energy issue will also become increasingly important. Silvestica has already entered into significant establishment agreements regarding solar and wind power, which may result in large electricity production in the future. Niklas succeeds Rickard Lehmann, one of the founders and who since 2017 has very actively and meritoriously built up CRK. Of course, we want to take the opportunity to thank outgoing CEO Rickard Lehmann for a fantastic job well done during the rapid start-up phase. Rickard will continue to be strongly involved in CRK and in Silvestica, which also provides a good prerequisite for continued positive development. For more information, please contact the undersigned. With the very best autumn greetings from CRK through: Karl Danielsson COB +46 70-648 23 03 Karl.danielsson@crkforest.se www.silvestica.se
