THE OFFERING

AFM Real Estate (AFMRE) is pleased to present Project Discovery.  Located in the deep log markets of Southwest Washington, this ±22,264 acre offering of high-quality Douglas-fir and western hemlock plantations is available as two investment grade timberland packages – the Lewis Package (±12,845 acres), located in Wahkiakum, Lewis, and Pacific Counties; and the Clark Package (±9,418 acres), located in Wahkiakum and Pacific Counties.  Bids will be accepted on the entire portfolio or on individual packages.  The Property is being offered for sale through a single-stage, sealed bid process.  Bids will be due on May 15, 2024.
 

DATA ROOM

An electronic data room containing property information for interested parties to use to evaluate the property is now open. All prospective buyers who return an executed Confidentiality Agreement (CA) will be granted access to the data room.

Neither Seller, AFM Real Estate nor any of their respective representatives or affiliates have verified the accuracy of any statements or any other information contained therein or the qualifications of the persons preparing such information.  Seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technical deficiencies in bids in its sole discretion.
