Potential bidders/potential purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the adequacy of all information prior to submission of their offer/bid. Neither Seller, AFM Real Estate nor any of their respective officers, representatives, or affiliates have verified the accuracy of any statements or any other information contained therein or the qualifications of the persons preparing such information.
