THE OFFERING
AFMRE is pleased to present the Upstate Timberlands offering comprised of +/- 5,025 gross acres located in York, Chester, Fairfield, Union, Newberry, Laurens, Greenwood, and Saluda Counties in South Carolina.  Upstate Timberlands offers a rare investment opportunity composed of 23 individual parcels all located within 1.5 hours drive of the Charlotte, NC and/or Greenville/Spartanburg, SC metro areas.  The properties are managed intensively with a diverse age class structure allowing for immediate and long-term timber cash flow potential in well-established forest product markets.

Upstate is being offered for sale via a single-stage, closed bid process.  The package may not be further divided, and offers will not be considered on individual parcels.

DATA ROOM
AFMRE manages an electronic data room containing information for interested parties to use as they evaluate the property.
