Whether it takes days or years of trial and error, every Chick-fil-A® regular has a moment when they’ve mastered their ultimate, personalized meal. The perfect bite can be the result of an unlikely sauce, flavor or sandwich topping (a Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich with Pepper Jack Cheese and Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce, anyone?) At Chick-fil-A, we understand that your go-to order is more than just an order. It’s an extension of you. Which is why we make it our mission to deliver your meal accurately every time, just how you like it.
You’ve asked for an enhanced app ordering experience, and we heard you! We’ll be making a few changes to our ordering options that provide our guests with more choices to tailor their meals.
Starting June 12, guests will be able to personalize their order like never before, including add-on ingredients for their favorite entrées, sides and treats. With simple tap-to-add and tap-to-remove features on the Chick-fil-A® App, customizing your meal will be fast and simple, giving guests greater freedom to try new flavor creations. Some of these new options include Strawberry Lemonade and even adding chocolate syrup to your Cookies & Cream Milkshake to satisfy that sweet tooth.
Guests can also spice up their breakfast orders with new options like a Hash Brown Scramble Bowl with Spicy Chicken or an order of large hashbrowns at participating locations.
To ensure a clear ordering experience, we’re saying goodbye to a few menu options. For example, guests will no longer be able to alter cooking times for any menu items. In addition, orders with certain menu add-ons or additional ingredients will incur a fee. These adjustments are being made to continue delivering the highest level of service and quality our customers have come to expect.
