Bojangles, known for its iconic Southern food in approximately 800 restaurants throughout the Southeast, announced today it has named Heidi Simpson as its new Vice President of Operations, overseeing the chain’s company-owned stores. Previously, Simpson served as regional director of operations.

An experienced leader and team player with strong familiarity with the brand, Simpson will continue to help Bojangles trailblaze into the future with streamlined restaurant efficiency across its rapidly growing footprint.

Simpson joined Bojangles in 2016 as an area director and has consistently proven herself as a strong and well-respected leader who is passionate about developing her people and bringing the best out in her teams. Simpson started her career at Hardee’s as a cashier and grew through the ranks, never forgetting the importance of internal growth and development. She is a top performer at Bojangles and was awarded the Regional Director of the Year award for 2021 and 2022.
